I don't pretend to understand this story, but I'd be willing to bet that Charlie Dog would make a FAR better PM than the present incumbent !

The story was that a photographer had been looking for a double for Gordon Brown and had been unable to find anyone who has his somewhat distinctive looks.
Charlie is working on his policies at the moment. I can reveal that he is big on defending his borders and vetting all visitors for contraband.
